What Bridge is

TraderReflex Bridge is a small desktop application that runs on your own machine and connects to your TraderReflex account.

It exists because of two things a browser cannot do. It cannot reach a trading platform running locally on your computer, and it cannot read your screen. Bridge can do both, on your machine, with your permission.

What it does:

1. Imports trades from brokers and journals that do not produce a file you can simply drop into the web import: Tradervue, Interactive Brokers, and DAS Trader Pro.
2. Sends data to the web import so you can preview and confirm it in the browser, exactly as you would a file.
3. Syncs the symbol you are focused on in your trading platform, by reading a screen region you choose, so Rigor follows what you are actually watching.
4. Places guarded orders into DAS Trader Pro through Order Guard, which validates an order against limits before sending it.
5. Follows your theme and your account alias selection so the two applications stay consistent.

Bridge is optional. If your broker exports a usable CSV, the web import is simpler and you do not need it.

A note on names. The application is called TraderReflex Bridge. In the web app the settings section is Desktop Bridge, the pairing card is titled Console App, and the Welcome screen calls it Desktop Tool. They are all the same product. The separate Execution App is a different application.
