Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traderreflex website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Traderreflex ("Traderreflex", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Services

Traderreflex provides a trading workspace for strategy, process, review, behavioral tracking, and related tools. The Services are not a broker, investment adviser, or signal service. See our Disclaimer and AI policy.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, and payment processing. Prices and plan features are shown at purchase and may change for new subscriptions with notice as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law.

If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal period, you may request immediate access to the Services when you subscribe. By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the trading content you store in the Services. You grant Traderreflex the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the Services, including optional AI-assisted features described in our AI policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Services in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Traderreflex disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traderreflex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading outcomes. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
