Gravitas
The behavioral score, its five dimensions, and how to read it.
What Gravitas measures
Gravitas is the score for disciplined effort. It is deliberately separate from profit and loss, because the two things move on different timescales and mixing them hides both.
Gravitas rises when you do the work: complete the process, review your trades, follow your rules, log your state, and keep showing up. It does not rise when you make money, and it does not fall when you lose it.
That is the point. On a losing week where you followed your plan, Gravitas is the only number on the screen telling you the truth. On a winning week where you abandoned the plan, it is the only number arguing with you.
It is also easy to game, and gaming it is pointless. Ticking checklist items without looking, submitting empty check-ins, and completing process steps you did not perform will all raise the score while making every other measurement in the product worthless. The score is for you. There is nobody to impress with it.

The five dimensions
| Dimension | What earns points |
|---|---|
| Process Adherence | Completing the daily process you defined |
| Evaluation Rigor | Reviewing and evaluating your trades |
| Rule Discipline | Adhering to your strategy rules |
| Data Completeness | Logging emotions, notes, and check-ins |
| Consistency | Maintaining regular activity over time |
The dimensions are separate because they fail separately, and the pattern of failure is diagnostic.
Strong rule discipline with weak evaluation rigor means you follow the plan but never examine it, so it never improves. Strong data completeness with weak process adherence means you log everything and prepare for nothing. Strong everything with weak consistency means you do the work in bursts, which is the most common shape and the one that produces the least change.
Read the weakest dimension first. It is where the next improvement is available.
The Gravitas panels
| Panel | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Your Gravitas | The total score, with a badge when points are pending settlement |
| Today's Discipline | Today's contribution, with a chip per dimension |
| Discipline Dimensions | The detail behind each of the five |
| Discipline Growth | The score over time |
| Goals and Milestones | Streaks and thresholds still to unlock |
| Discipline Evidence | The correlation between discipline and results, reported as strong, moderate, or weak, positive or negative |
The correlation panel is the one people misread. A weak or negative correlation over a short window is normal and is not evidence that discipline does not pay. Variance dominates short samples completely. What you are looking for is the sign of the relationship over months, and even then it is a hint rather than proof.
New accounts see blunt guidance rather than an empty chart: complete your process, review your trades, log your emotions. There is no shortcut that produces a score without doing those things.
