Plans and access
The three paid stages, free accounts, demo data, and what happens when a feature is locked.
The three stages
TraderReflex has three paid stages plus a free account entry. Each stage is a different job, not simply more of the same features.
| Plan | Role | Tagline |
|---|---|---|
| Explorer | Honest mirror. Import your trade log and see KPIs, the calendar, and standard performance charts. | See yourself clearly in your own data. |
| Determined | Structure. Strategy design, rules, targets, process, check-ins, reviews, emotion tracking, session notes, and tags. | Build and follow your own process. |
| Steadfast | Holding the process under pressure. The full insights pipeline, Gravitas, a higher AI allowance, custom layouts and charts, and the assistant. | Hold your process under pressure. |
Open User Profile and look at Plan and access to see which tier you are on, which features it unlocks, and how much of your AI token allowance is left. Tier opens the plan comparison so you can subscribe, upgrade, or downgrade.
Prices and plan contents are shown live in the app. This documentation does not quote them.

Free accounts and demo mode
You can create an account and explore before subscribing. In that state the workspace runs in demo mode with sample trades so screens are not empty.
You will see:
- A DEMO MODE ribbon in the corner of the window.
- A bar at the bottom reading Demo mode: these are sample trades, not yours, with Choose your tier.
Demo data is there so you can judge the product with populated dashboards. It is not your trading. To see your own trades you select a tier first, then import your own executions. If you loaded the sample data yourself from the Import screen, Remove sample data takes it out again.
If a subscription is cancelled or ends, a Subscription cancelled or Subscription ended bar appears with View plans or Resubscribe. A cancelled plan keeps full access until the period ends; after that the workspace becomes read-only rather than disappearing.

Locked features
Features that your plan does not include are visible but inert, not hidden. That is deliberate: you should be able to see the shape of the whole product.
What you will notice:
- Sidebar entries for restricted areas are marked as restricted.
- Buttons and panels behind a gate open a small popover titled Subscription required, Plan required, or Upgrade required, with a View plans button.
- The Assistant shows the reason it is blocked plus Choose your tier.
A later revision of this documentation will tag each feature with the plan it belongs to. Until then, the plan comparison dialog in the app is the authoritative list.
