Vocabulary

TraderReflex uses a small set of specific words. They appear in the interface, in this documentation, and in what the assistant says to you.

Term	Meaning
Strategy	Your living written plan. One document holding targets, rules, vows, check-ins, setups, process, accountability, and properties.
Target	A measurable goal, either inside a date range (timeframe) or a level you are working toward (milestone).
Rule	A condition that should or must be true, tied to a metric, weighted, and scored.
Vow	A personal promise, optionally bound to a rule. Moral rather than statistical.
Setup	A pattern you deliberately hunt, with an optional example chart.
Check-in	A reusable form of questions you trigger in Rigor, at trade capture, on a pass, in trade review, or as a daily overview.
Process	The ordered script for your day, built from steps. Steps can be mandatory.
Subroutine	The in-session flow inside Rigor: a small graph of steps, branches, loops, checklists, and check-ins.
Commit	Publishing the version of your strategy that scoring uses. Drafts do not affect scoring.
Rigor	The live hub you use while the market is open.
Case	The scored argument for or against a trade, built from checklist marks for one symbol.
Pass	A logged decision not to trade something. A pass is evidence, not a non-event.
Capture	An in-the-moment form filled right after you take a trade, before the executions arrive.
Evaluation or Review	The after-the-fact work: day review, trade review, replay.
Gravitas	The behavioral score across five dimensions of disciplined effort.
Metric	A published expression that turns your trade data into a number, used by rules, targets, and dashboards.
View state	One screen in your workspace: a named grid of components shown in the sidebar.
Flow	The whole set of view states, categories, and layouts that make up your workspace.
Bridge	The desktop companion app that imports trades from brokers and journals.
Cohort	The people you share days and trades with, individually or in groups.
Share ID	The identifier that routes shared work to a specific person.
