Running your day
Turning the written process into today's completed routine.
The process guide
The process you wrote in Strategy becomes today's routine here. The overlay is titled Process Guide and you can open it from the sidebar, from the Process control in Rigor, or from View Process.
How to run it:
- Work from the top down. The current step is highlighted.
- Complete Step marks the step done. Next Step moves on.
- Action steps that link to screens take you there, so the routine navigates for you.
- Check-in steps open the form you attached in Strategy. The step is complete when the form is submitted.
- Sub-processes expand into their own sub-steps.
If you see No process steps defined, there is nothing to run yet. Author steps under Strategy, Process first.
Completion is recorded per day. Struggling to finish the process is itself information: the script may be too long, too vague, or written for a version of your morning that does not exist.

Mandatory steps and resets
A step marked mandatory blocks every step after it until it is complete. Attempting to move past it explains which step is blocking you.
This is the only place in the product that stops you doing something, and it only stops you inside the process. It cannot stop you trading; nothing here touches your broker.
Two escape hatches exist:
- Reset step undoes a single step so you can redo it, for instance if you marked it done by accident.
- Reset All clears the whole day's progress.
Use Reset All rarely. Its legitimate use is a genuinely broken day: you started the process, the session was cancelled, and you want to run it properly later. Its illegitimate use is erasing the record that you skipped preparation, and the completion history is one of the inputs to Gravitas, so erasing it costs you the evidence of the days you did it right.
