Daily process completion

The Daily process completion calendar shows one cell per day, filled in proportion to how much of the process you completed. The hint under the title says it plainly: Fill width is completion percent. Full days show a star.

Each cell also carries that day's profit and loss, which is the comparison that matters. Two patterns are worth looking for:

  • Green days with empty process cells. You made money without preparing. That is luck being recorded as skill, and it is the pattern that eventually costs the most.
  • Full stars on losing days. You did the work and lost anyway. That is the normal shape of a functioning process, and it is the thing traders quit over.

If you see Add process steps to your strategy to track daily completion here, there is no process defined yet.

Process completion also feeds the Process Adherence dimension of Gravitas, described in the Insights chapter.
