Where the plan meets the market
Rigor is where the strategy stops being a document and becomes a set of live controls.
Everything you wrote appears here in usable form: rules as a checklist, checklist marks as a scored case, setups as a picker, check-ins as buttons, vows as a banner, and the process as an overlay. Around them sit the things that only make sense in the moment: the symbols you are watching, your emotional state, notes, trade capture, pass logging, the mental game log, and the market clock.
Rigor is a configurable grid, so your layout may not match the one described here. The panels are the same wherever they sit.
The intent is narrow: reduce the distance between what you planned and what you do, while it is still happening.

Use it live
Rigor only works if it is open while you trade, or filled in within minutes of the session.
Filling it in afterwards produces a tidy record of a session that did not happen that way. You will remember checking things you did not check, and you will remember being calmer than you were. Retrospective logging feels productive and teaches you nothing, because the whole value is the gap between what you intended and what you did.
If you cannot keep it open on a second screen, at minimum press the checklist and the capture button in real time and leave the reflective parts for review.
