Sharing your work
Sending trades and whole days to partners and groups.
The share dialog
Share is available from the trades table, from a trade review, and from the daily check-in as Share day. It opens Share trades, which explains that you add people below and the send list shows who receives this batch.
What the dialog contains:
- The scope, either the trades you selected or a full day.
- Cohort members not in send list, the roster contacts you can add. If it is empty, either everyone is already added or you have not configured partners in Strategy.
- Groups, listing the cohort groups that carry the review workspace default. Empty here means no groups are configured for that.
- Your label (optional), the name you appear under.
- A summary box headed What will be shared, showing the number of trades, the scope, who it is going to, the link access, and the expiry.
- Share, with the trade count.
From inside the dialog you can also manage recipients directly: Recipient Share IDs to paste identifiers, and Cohort groups to create and edit groups, including the Review workspace default switch, without going back to Strategy.
If you have no Share ID configured, the dialog tells you. Set one up in Strategy under Accountability first.

Trades or a whole day
The scope choice changes what the recipient gets, and it is the difference between showing someone a trade and showing them your session.
Selected trades sends the trades you picked. The recipient sees each trade, your review of it if you attached one, and can comment. Use this for a specific decision you want a second opinion on.
Full day sends the whole session. The recipient gets the day summary, your daily check-in, the trade list, and the cumulative progression, opened in the review board layout built for discussing a session. The dialog notes that a full day needs a single Eastern calendar day in the list, so select trades from one day.
Use full day sharing for accountability. Individual trades let you curate; you will naturally send the interesting ones. A whole day includes the trade you would not have chosen to show, which is the one worth discussing.
After sharing, where you land depends on the recipients. Sending to a group with the review workspace default takes you to the review board. Otherwise you go to the sharing workspace or the single trade review.
Access and expiry
Shared material is reached through a link with an expiry. Share link expiry offers presets of 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month, or a specific Date. The expiry must be in the future.
Expiry is not a security theatre detail. It sets the terms of the conversation: a day shared for a week is a day someone is expected to look at this week. Indefinite access tends to mean nobody looks at all.
Your own outgoing shares are listed under My shares, where expired batches are marked, and you can delete a batch you no longer want available.
A partner marked Anonymous in Strategy receives material without your identity attached. That is for public or community exposure where you want the pressure of being seen without being named.
