Improvement plans

An improvement plan is a time-boxed set of changes aimed at one problem. Plans normally come from a deep review, where the assistant proposes concrete changes and you accept them individually.

A plan has:

Field	Meaning
Name	What the plan is about
Status	Proposed, active, completed, or abandoned
Start date and End date	The window it runs for
Outcome target	The target that says whether it worked
Actions	The specific changes it contains
Revision	Which version of the plan you are on

The active plan appears as a card on the Strategy Overview so it is visible while you edit, rather than buried in a review you read once.

Abandoned is a legitimate status. A plan you tried for two weeks and abandoned with a reason is information. A plan left permanently active because closing it feels like failure is not.
