User profile
Identity, plan, billing, and your data.
The Main tab
User Profile has three tabs: Main, Advanced, and Accounts.
The Main tab holds:
- Contact: your email, your Share ID, and whether share contacts are configured.
- Location: city and country.
- Billing: registration date, plan end date, and billing day.
- Plan and access: your Tier, the Features unlocked by it, and your AI tokens used and remaining.
- Subscription: billing status and workspace access, with the renewal or access-until date.
- Subscription management: Cancel subscription, which asks for confirmation and offers Keep subscription.
- Your workspace data: the export and clear controls described in the Your data chapter.
If your access credentials are close to expiry, a banner at the top says so, with the number of days remaining. Refresh re-reads the profile.

Advanced and Accounts
The Advanced tab is diagnostic and is unlocked by pasting your tenant ID. It shows your identity details (user ID, names, sign-in username, alias, communication ID), account and storage details, and expandable sections for access tokens, settings, and token claims.
You will mostly need two things from it. The Communication ID is what Bridge needs, though the Desktop Bridge section copies it for you. And support may ask for your user ID or tenant ID when investigating something.
The Accounts tab is described in the Your data chapter: per-account statistics, open positions, zero-position markers, and subscription details.
Also here is the permanent deletion path. Clear all workspace data requires pasting your own user ID and states clearly that this permanently deletes your workspace data. Export first; there is no undo.
